Returns & Replacements  ** 30 Day Return Policy **

     **All items for return must be in " New Condition" - If the item shows any signs of wear or sizing we will not accept it for return.  All items must be return in a cardboard mailing box.

 

         **All Returns must obtain a  Return Authorization # (RA#)   Email us at : Sales@EndlessEnvy.com

           ** We will not accept any return without an RA#

             

  • All warranties and boxes must be return.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.
  • Any undelivered items must be reported to us within 48 hours of the promised arrival date.
  • In the case that a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, and thus returned to us, any charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of purchaser.

  •  Pre-order items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date.
  • When Pre-order item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date.
  • Please be aware that Pre-order dates are approximate and subject to change.
  • PRE-ORDERS will be issued store credit if canceled.

 

  • Clothing/Dresses - Return/Exchanges
    *Clothing items must have all tags and labels attached
    *Must be in New Unworn Condition and Unaltered
    *Clothing will not be accepted for return or exchange if it  smells of  Perfumes, Soaps or has been cleaned in any manner
    *Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.
    *All items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition
  • If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it
  • When requesting a return authorization (RMA) for a damaged item, please describe the issue in detail before shipping it back to us

In the event you receive a damaged piece of jewelry or a piece of jewelry with an error, please notify us immediately via email and you will receive either a refund of your purchase or an exchange. 

 Please note that on all returned and canceled orders of personalized items there is a 40% restocking fee.

Things You Can Do To Ensure the Prompt Shipment Of Your Order

1.) Be sure to input the correct Billing Address for your credit card. This is the address where you receive the monthly credit card bill or statement

2) If billing and shipping addresses are different, please call your credit card company to add the shipping address as a secondary address. The credit card company doesn't allow us to ship to non-verified shipping addresses for customer's protection against Internet fraud.
